With 30 years of experience in the events industry i started my career at age 19, with my first event and advertising company, where I started to organize weddings.

At age 26, I began my career as a Wedding Planner built to date with experience, training and specialized certification,  passion and creativity.

During the last few years, I have launched several innovative wedding projects and services in Portugal, such as PopUp Weddings Destinations the largest Portuguese Wedding Project ever to be globalized, Tejo Weddings. Trendy Wedding Planners by Rui Mota Pinto, Wedding Advise and Legal Wedding Advise and most recently the first and innovative WeddingLab by Rui Mota Pinto a training, mentoring and educational project for wedding professionals.

Certified by ABC Association, and international certification jury of the National Wedding Council in New York.
Part of the restricted grouo of Impact Creators at the Belief Wedding Creators International Community and Member of the IADWP – International Association of Destination Wedding Professionals.
Since 2020 President of the Portuguese Chapter of the Internacional Association of Wedding Planners (IWPA)

In 2017 I was invited as Ambassador of the French film, by the directors Olivier Nakache and Éric Toledano, “Le Sens de la Féte”, representing the profession of Wedding Planner in Portugal.

Since 2017 I am Ambassador in Portugal of the international solidarity wedding project Two + Us of the community Belief IWP (www.twoplususproject.com)

In 2021 nominated as Ambassador for the Conference Tourism Renaissance by Tourism World summit

Nowadays President of the Portuguese Chapters of IADWP and IWPA
